CREWED YACHT CHARTER CONDITIONS
We draw MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) charter contracts, The most widely used contracts for crewed yacht charters.
Under MYBA Terms, the charter rate includes the hire of the yacht, insured with its equipment in working order and the crew with their food. Clients’ expenses such as food and drinks, port fees, water and electricity, fuel for the yacht and its tender are not included and are charged at cost.
